Is there a test environment?
Yes. A dedicated test environment is part of the developer and payment architecture.
Can businesses integrate an API?
The planned developer layer includes documented APIs, API keys and webhooks. Live provider connectivity will be added only when verified.
Does BiliPay claim any certifications?
No certification or regulatory approval is claimed on this preview. Verified credentials will be published only when they actually exist.
How do I become a merchant?
Submit an onboarding request. Merchant activation happens in controlled phases as provider connectivity is confirmed.
