The BiliPay website is currently a product preview. No live payment processing, settlement or fund custody is offered through it.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, or misrepresent affiliation with BiliPay.
No warranty
The preview is provided as-is. Content describing planned functionality is not a commitment to a specific feature or timeline.
Merchant onboarding
Submitting an onboarding request does not create a merchant agreement. Activation follows verification and a separate signed agreement.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform progresses toward live operation. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
